DO I NEED TO BE HOME WHEN YOU CLEAN?

• No, as long as we have access to the service area.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY DOG(S) IN THE YARD?

• Of course! We don't mind as long as they don't mind.

HOW DO I PAY YOU?

• When you sign up for service, we will share a link to our online payment portal, . There, you can create a profile and pay online, and even sign up for auto payments. Of course, checks can be mailed as well. We kindly ask you don't give any money to our techs, unless it is intended for them.

DO YOU WORK YEAR ROUND?

• With exception to our scheduled Holidays, yes, if they're pooping we're scooping.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

• Zero contracts.

WHAT IF WE'RE OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH?

• Then we suggest you give us some notice, so we can take you off of the schedule and we'll be certain to adjust your invoice.

WHAT DO YOU DO WITH IT?

• We will double bag it and place it directly in your trash if accessible.

CAN I PICK MY DAY?

• It is imperative that we make and keep our routes as efficient as possible. This allows us to consistently keep our rates down.
